Security

The software ensures that every step of the data transfer (from the doctor, to the file server, to the MT Unit, and the reverse process) follows security protocols based on 128-bit encryption and https. The Webserver, apart from being certified by Verisign, is sufficiently protected through Firewalls and Intrusion Detection Systems. The Webserver is monitored by an independent team, and updated with regular patches. There is no leakage of information at any point in the entire process.

Back up systems

The data in the file servers is periodically archived, as requested by the Doctors, and as stipulated by law. The data can be saved on a CD, or in any other format for reference anytime later.
